Like other tools, the curing press will have some small problems during use. Some of these problems are caused by improper use or improper storage. These small problems can be solved immediately without affecting the normal use of the machine.
Common problems
1: The heating process becomes longer or the temperature cannot reach 145 ℃. In case of the above problems, check according to the following steps
(1) Whether the wooden heat insulation board is placed between the heating board and the rack. If the wooden heat insulation board is not placed or the heat insulation board is lost, the temperature rise inspection shall be carried out after the heat insulation board is installed;
(2) If the temperature cannot be raised, check whether the vulcanization time switch at the upper left corner of the control box is turned on. If it is turned on, the vulcanizer has entered the insulation stage, and the temperature naturally cannot rise;
(3) If the above two are normal but cannot be heated up, check whether the heat insulation board is wet. If the heat insulation board is wet after seeing water, the temperature can meet the requirements only after it is dried normally with the temperature of the heating board;
(4) After the above inspection, if the temperature still cannot be increased, contact the manufacturer for further technical consultation or return to the factory for maintenance; common problem
2: When heating, the temperature of the heating plate is uneven, resulting in the phenomenon that some parts of the joint can not be tightly bonded. Check according to the following steps
(1) Check whether the heat shield is damaged, which is an important reason for uneven heating temperature;
(2) If the heat insulation plate is intact, the heating plate can be heated separately, and then the temperature measuring instrument can be used to measure each part of the heating plate. If there is a problem, the internal heating plate may be damaged. Contact the manufacturer to provide the heating plate for replacement or return to the factory for maintenance;
3: If the pressure does not go up when the manual pump is used for pressurization, check it according to the following steps
(1) Check whether the water inlet of the water pressure plate is pressed because the frame bolts are too tight. If this happens, loosen the bolts appropriately;
(2) Check whether there is air leakage or loose joints of the manual pump, fasten them, and check whether the gasket of the hydraulic pump is damaged;
4: Individual users have the phenomenon that the adhesive tape is bonded with the heating plate after vulcanization.
The reason for this problem is that the user did not put newspaper or talc powder and other separators in the middle of the upper and lower heating plates according to the operation requirements. It is caused by the direct contact between the heating plate and the conveyor belt. After this problem occurs, only the heating plate needs to be cleaned. In the next use process, it will not appear again in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
5: If water seepage occurs to the water pressure plate due to improper storage or collision during use, it shall be checked according to the following steps
