The preparation before vulcanization of conveyor belt vulcanizer is as follows:

1. Ensure that there are no inflammables and explosives within 10 meters of the working range when vulcanizing with the belt vulcanizer

2. Prepare auxiliary tools for vulcanization of belt vulcanizer: cable, vulcanizer and small electric equipment (cutting machine, grinder, explosion-proof switch, etc.)

3. Mark the belt center line, chamfer and inclination line

4. Prepare the core rubber, surface rubber and 120\\gasoline required for vulcanization, and soak the glue
