The belt vulcanizer is generally composed of four parts: one clamping mechanism, two control system, three pressure system and four heating system. The clamping mechanism is generally composed of frame and bolts. The control system is composed of electric control box and primary and secondary wires. The pressure system is composed of water pressure plate and pressure test pump, and the heating system is composed of heating plate and heat insulation plate.
