Application scope and maintenance of belt vulcanizer

Belt vulcanizer, also known as electric belt vulcanizer, is a special equipment for conveyor belt. It is made of light aluminum alloy material. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight of a single piece, convenient disassembly and assembly, suitable for manual movement, fast temperature rise, uniform temperature and high thermal efficiency. It is an ideal bonding equipment for rubber belt joints of conveying machinery.

The automatic mold opening plate vulcanizer integrates the functions of preloading, automatic deflation, pressure maintaining vulcanization, automatic mold out, self mold, automatic mold lifting and automatic ejection products required by various rubber vulcanization processes, and adopts PLC programmable controller.

Application scope of belt vulcanizer

The product is widely used and can be applied to the transportation joints of on-site adhesive conveyors such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports and wharves. The tensile strength of vulcanized rubber chain is not less than 90% of the original belt, and the joints are smooth. In addition, it can reduce the wear of rollers and prolong the service life of conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

Maintenance of belt vulcanizer

1. Check the insulation resistance of the hot plate before use. If it is too low, power on and dry it first until the insulation value reaches below 50MPa.

2. Careful and civilized operation shall be carried out during use and movement.

3. If working in the field, reliable rainproof and waterproof measures shall be taken to avoid the influence of rain and moisture.

4. After use, it shall be placed in a ventilated warehouse with relative humidity not exceeding 85% and protected from rain. The sleeper below shall be padded, and it is strictly prohibited to put it on the ground.
