What aspects should be paid attention to in the maintenance of the electric tape joint vulcanizer?

1. The curing machine shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated environment to avoid damp electrical circuits due to humidity

2. Do not use the curing machine outdoors in rainy days to prevent water from entering the electric cabinet and heating plate;

3. If the working environment is wet and watery, when disassembling and transporting the vulcanizer, it should be raised on the ground with objects, and the vulcanizer should not be in direct contact with water;

4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, contact the manufacturer for maintenance. If emergency repair is needed, open the upper cover plate of the heating plate, pour out the water first, and then set the electric cabinet to manual operation, heat it to 100 ℃, keep the constant temperature for half an hour, dry the line, and glue the belt in manual mode. At the same time, the manufacturer shall be contacted in time to replace the whole line.

5. If the curing machine is not required to be used for a long time, the heating plate shall be heated every half a month (the temperature shall be set at 100 ℃), and the temperature shall be kept for about half an hour.

6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate shall be drained. Especially in winter, if the water cannot be drained, the rubber of the water pressure plate will age prematurely and the service life of the water pressure plate will be reduced.
