3. Before using the belt vulcanizer, check whether the electric heating element in the electric heating plate is insulated by moisture, or it should be dried; Check whether the fastening nuts in the equipment are loose, whether there is water leakage, or tighten them; Whether the switch and appearance of the electric heating control box are sensitive and reliable.

4. When carrying out vulcanized rubber connection in the outdoor suburbs, pay attention to sand proof, water proof and rain proof. After use, it shall be padded with square wood and covered with rainproof cloth to prevent damage caused by moisture and water.

5. When the belt vulcanizer is not used, it shall be placed in an air circulation warehouse with a relative humidity of no more than 85%, and shall not be affected by rain and snow; When placing, it shall be placed together with the square timber, and it is strictly prohibited to place it directly on the ground.

6. When the belt vulcanizer is not used for a long time, open the left and right insulation plates and back cover plates before application, and then apply it after the internal structure is dried; In addition, the tightening screws and nuts of the pressure equipment should be tightened.
