How to correctly use the belt mender to solve the conveyor belt damage:

Use process of patch strip film:

1: Select the repair film 2 - 3cm wider than the damaged part, and mark the contour line with the damaged part of the belt as the center;

2: Use a high-power low speed angle grinder with tungsten steel discs to grind the damaged parts, and the grinding thickness should not be less than the thickness of the repair strip;

3: After the polished part is cleaned, apply cleaning agent to clean the damaged surface deeply to ensure the wettability of glue;

4: Paint the hot vulcanized adhesive on the damaged surface, paint it again after drying, and air it until it does not stick to the hand quilt

5: Stick the repair film to the damaged part and use the compaction roller to compact;

6: After the repair is completed, the edge of the repair strip shall be coated with hot vulcanizing adhesive, and the tape repair device shall be used for pressure vulcanization.
