Noise Analysis of Hydraulic System of Vulcanizing Press
The vibration and noise faults of the hydraulic system of the curing press do great harm to the equipment. The main causes of noise are as follows: the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of hydraulic pump cause the vibration of pump components. If the basic frequency and resonance frequency of the hydraulic pump are consistent with the mechanical or hydraulic natural frequency, the noise will be greatly increased; Mechanical noise may be caused by mechanical reasons, such as unbalance of rotating parts, poor bearings, bending of pump shafts and other mechanical vibrations; When the oil suction chamber is suddenly connected with the oil pressure chamber or the oil pressure chamber is suddenly connected with the oil suction chamber during the operation of the hydraulic pump, the sudden change of pressure will occur, which has a great impact on the noise; When the pressure in the oil suction chamber of the hydraulic pump is lower than the air separation pressure at the temperature of the oil, the air dissolved in the oil will separate out and become bubbles. When the oil with bubbles enters the high-pressure chamber, the bubbles will be broken, forming local high-frequency pressure impact, thus causing noise; The channel in the pump has a sudden expansion and contraction or sharp turn of the section. If the channel area is too small, it will lead to liquid turbulence, vortex and jet flow, which will increase the noise.
In use, due to wear of hydraulic pump parts, excessive clearance, insufficient flow and pressure fluctuation, noise will also be caused; The oil viscosity is a problem. If the oil viscosity is too high, the oil absorption resistance will be increased, and cavitation will easily occur, resulting in insufficient pressure and flow; If the viscosity of the oil is too low, it will increase the leakage, reduce the volumetric efficiency, and easily absorb air, resulting in impact and crawling, thus generating vibration and noise. In the face of the above reasons, one is to choose a high-quality hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor; Second, strengthen repair and maintenance.
