Common Splicing and Repairing Methods for Conveyor Belt Vulcanizer

There are three common methods to connect and repair the conveyor belt:

(1) Hot vulcanization connection method: It is a reliable connection method to mainly select a suitable belt vulcanizer and repair the vulcanizer and hot vulcanized materials;

(2) Cold splicing method: use cold glue and special tools;

(3) Mechanical repair method: mainly use fasteners, bolts or metal flexible wires to repair or connect damaged parts.

For the above three methods, the method of repairing and splicing the conveyor belt is thermal vulcanization splicing. Its advantages are long service life, almost identical with the original conveyor belt after maintenance and splicing, and suitable for heavy objects, long distance and high-speed transportation.
